****A learning community is a regular gathering of people who share a common interest and want to deepen their knowledge on that topic together. Rather than a teacher, a facilitator will guide these sessions so that the learning process can be collaborative.

Unwavering commitment to a set of ideals is a desperate need for our time, and people who demonstrate integrity and high ideals are essential. This 5-week course will use an interactive approach to learning in order to deepen understanding of and commitment to cardinal values that can form the basis of the leadership we need for a sustainable future and a life full of purpose and joy. Attendees can expect to express their highest and best in their daily lives and become of beacon of hope and inspiration to others.

This program is offered on a sliding scale according to your ability to pay. You will choose the amount at registration. Minimum amount: $50. Suggested amount: $100, Supporting amount: $150.

Alberta Pedroja

Alberta Pedroja, PhD or Acharya Ammadevi has been practicing meditation and yoga for over 50 years and an acharya (spiritual teacher of meditation and yoga) for 15. She is a trained facilitator and works as a consultant to organizations helping leadership and front-line staff manifest their highest and best to improve their performance. She works with people to deepen their own understanding of their relationship to cardinal human values and further support their own growth. She is firmly established in the use of peer-to-peer education as a means of personal growth and development. Over the years she has been a sought-after speaker in systems change, performance improvement, and the tipping point, anticipating the conditions under which people and organizations shift their behaviors, attitudes, and mental models.
