Shrii Shrii Anandamurti gave six systems of meditation. The main one is Sahaja Yoga, which will be the subject of our next Acharya Continuing Education class. In this class, we will cover topics such as the following: • what are the purposes of the respective six lessons? • in what way does each lesson act to create spiritual elevation? • what is the origin of the respective six lessons? • where to the mantras we use come from? • what is a siddha mantra and how is it created? • why were different systems of meditation given by Baba? • are there meditation systems in other traditions that are similar to Sahaja? • what is the purpose of each of the shuddhis? • what is the meaning of the word “sahaja”? • how is 4 th lesson pranayama similar or different from other pranayama practices?

Ronald (Ravi) Logan

Ronald Logan is the Executive Director of the PROUT Institute. He is the principal author of PROUT: A New Paradigm of Development. In 1993, he co-authored the Plan for the Economic Development of Khabarovsk Krai on the Basis of PROUT, a report undertaken at the invitation of the Vice-Governor of Khabarovsk Krai in Far East Russia. His new books are A New Interpretation of Revolution and Transition to a New Era. He is also the co-founder and program director of Dharmalaya, where he has developed a diversity of residential training programs.
