How do we cultivate contentment and inner joy amidst an increasingly challenging world? In this class, we will introduce skills that help us attain contentment and be more in the present moment, including meditation, intentional breathing, movement, gratitude and tuning into our environment.This class is not about dismissing the harmful behaviors and events happening in the world, but about bringing balance to our inner and outer life and finding ways to cultivate positivity and connection to the deeper source of inspiration within us,while coping with the challenges.

Kaverii Blochlinger has been teaching meditation and yoga classes for a decade. She completed her Meditation Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy program through Ananda Seva Mission. She studied Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda and completed an advanced herbalism program through Sunnyside Herbs. These practices form the basis of Sattva Yoga Therapy, which she now offers in her home studio.
